Crownland website.

Corporate website initially thought as B2B, but also as a contact point for consumers

Crownland Developments has been creating new residential communities in Sydney’s most prolific growth regions since 1994.
Despite the fact that each one of its developments has a website, it required a corporate website combining a B2B endpoint but also the ability to keep a portfolio of developments for its consumers..

Learning.

Property building, B2B and B2C

I’ve been actively involved in the production of many of Crownland Developments’ websites. The main focus was to provide all the information needed for the company’s consumers in order to make a decision about buying a property. Great photography, clear information (house specs, contact, etc) and easy access were the keys for generating trust, especially when buying a house is such a big decision.

Generate trust

Generating trust through customer reviews and a great portfolio of successful developments to show experience and heritage.

Easy access

Important to show the website had easy access to information, contact points, imagery, locations.

Communication

The site needed to capture leads and have clear communications with constant updates in order to maintain trust and achieve business goals.

Creation.

Single page, multiple projects

A single page was the way to go, and the content management platform was WordPress. A simple wireframe and data-flow was designed to have a clear path in the custom theme development process.

Iteration.

Elegant solution for a simple website, with the flexibility of having WordPress as a content manager.

Final front page

Pop-up through Ajax request

Results

Minimalist but very versatile portfolio website targeted not only for B2B but also very simple to use for the B2C market.
